I'm Expanding/Contracting Tees
On a recent and emotional Feel Good Friday episode (FGF-85), Jer told the guys about an exercise he did in theatre school where participants would approach one another and have to say whether they were 'expanding' or 'contracting.' They could only say these statements and surprisingly it became this emotional tug-of-war as the individuals tried to shift and match or resist each other's energies. This activity was an anecdote to shed some light on what it's been like for Jeremie to find out that he's about to receive a life-altering drug to treat his Cystic Fibrosis - but in wearing one of these tee shirts, you're announcing to the world whether you're expanding or contracting and hopefully others will take notice and meet you where you're at. <3
